Nevermind, the blog is back up... Just an update of what i tried to do.
I tried to make a seperate box for 'Events' and 'RO' but... its pretty cramped, so i made the thing a little larger. but that made, even for wide screen user to scroll left and right too.
For those who didn't understand what i was talking about, to make it short, i screwed up, so. back to the default template here.

Don't post anything on this site for this week. I'm trying something. So, don't mess with the template too.
For any question about the blog, please ask me directly, or go to my blog. (Francis)
For training inquiries, please kindly go to your respective NCOs

Part Cs, in light of recent events, I feel that it's due time you all realise the importance of what is expected of you this year.
You guys are Future NCOs - in a couple of months you will be NCOs. So do put in more effort during trainings, and such. Motivate each other, strengthen your bonds so that conflicts/misunderstandings won't arise so easily. That being said, one of these important aspects is PDS.
PDS, is a privilege that not all schools have (though now the number is increasing). So as such, do at least put in your committment and motivate yourself to come for trainings. The moves may be easy to learn but getting the timing right, co-ordination, swift-ness, all these are harder.
Like what your PDS OIC expects of you all : Pride, Excellence, Discipline and Commitment. I'm sure you guys won't want to see your own PDS performance one day when we have stepped down and see your own moves to be flawed/ not coordinated.
Training wise, help to remind each other and also take responsibility for your actions.
To sum it up, have pride in whatever you do. As the Military Police's (MP;SPDS) motto puts it - Pride, Discipline & Honour.
