Last but not least,
please impart this info to your cadets
They are to address the senior specialists as Staff Sergeant and not Staff if the Senior Spec is not their PS. This is because staff is an informal term. Thus, when calling a senior spec staff sergeant is to be used not staff.
2ndly, remind them to address the CSM as Sergeant Major. Explanation as he carries a pace stick. The ASM will simply be addressed as ASM if he does not carry a pacestick.
