1) What post(s) are you aiming for
2) How will you go about achieving that post(s)
3) What are some of the improvements/changes that you want in BM NCC and how will you go about achieving it.
4) What other post(s) do you want (no repeating similar posts - that is if you said USM as first post, you cannot say ASM as the other post.)
