To all the Part Bs, take note of this important information
*You are to write or type an essay of minimum 350 words that must include but is not limited to these 5 points ( meaning the 5 points listed below are compulsory but if you feel that you want to share your opinion on other matters aside from the 5 you are free to include it in as well.)
1) What post(s) are you aiming for
2) How will you go about achieving that post(s)
3) What are some of the improvements/changes that you want in BM NCC and how will you go about achieving it.
4) What other post(s) do you want (no repeating similar posts - that is if you said USM as first post, you cannot say ASM as the other post.)
5) What if your NCOs have conflicts, how will you go about resolving it and how do you plan to bond the whole unit?
This essay is to be handed in on the first training when school re-opens. Do not forget. Also if you are writing, make sure your handwriting is legible. Lastly, for any of the questions you are not to have ambiguous answers (that means no answers saying "anything" or "no comments"). You MUST state a stand.

To all those going for shooting competition in the days to come. Best of luck.
Some tips (though it's a little late but for future references):
- Remember to look through both the rear sight and the fore sight tip. - Don't let the magazine touch the floor to avoid IA - Squeeze the trigger using your index finger (don't squeeze too hard)
Finally, give it your best and enjoy yourself.. Try to get as high scores as possible.

Cadets and/or NCOs take note.
There WILL be a promotion parade on Saturday (15/11). Try your best to involve as many of your platoon mates as you can (in particular part As).. How would you feel if your fellow platoon mates (your brothers) receive their ranks but not you? Further details are given below:
Event: Promotion Parade Schedule: - Report in No. 3 by 0730 (late-comers will be dealt with severely) - Uniform inspection at 0745 - Parade commences at 0815 - Parade officially ends latest by 0945
Venue: Basketball court

** Take note that there will be a pre-promotion parade briefing most likely on Tuesday (11th Nov), the Platoon Sgts will be informed once confirmed and you are to contact all your cadets and tell them to come down for a briefing especially those involved in shooting comp. This is extremely important! Those who are absent without a valid reason will be severely dealt with. I will inform the Platoon Sgts once the date n time is confirmed. **
