I've decided to re-list some of the mutual sequences lest u forgot =) Cheers~ if any queries feel free to ask me in school.

When doing footdrill, the command is (your footdrill) dengan nombor...
For armsdrill it is latihan (your armsdrill) dengan nombor.
*Note that the timing (i.e. sekuad satu, dua etc.) is up to you, need not each move 1 timing, as long as the sequence is right and it flows correctly should be alright =) This pertains especially to those with long commands nt ppl who have berhenti (ahem*). haha! jk!
Anyway, best of luck for this.. prepare well, give out give ur best.. Rmbr no pain, no gain =)
