Due to some *ahem* issues regarding the previous post -.-'', i wanted to add that no. 3 = smart 4 + badges. If anybody has issues, or think this is made up, for Part A'06 cadets -.-'' or this year NCOs refer to ur affirmation ceremony booklet... If lost, unconvinced

(btw land units, you should have known that cadets arent given the chance to wear no. 3 thus it will be unlikely for no. 3 to refer to working dress only a select few are given but like mentioned it's a working dress nt for field use/parade use)
